Maxion keeps accords with psychology, speech therapy, medical clinic and dentist assistance UNIMED, legal accord for attencance to the employees and supplementary. Also developing internal events, as th monthly birthdays celebrations, homage for time of service, homage for the volunteers, familiar visits to the factory, internal campaings of donations in favor of non-lucrative institutions of Contagem.
Programs and PartnershipsIn its team, Maxion still counts with adolescents directed and supervised by CESAM, partnership that has the purpose of give opportunity to the adolescents proceeding from low income population, to have the professional learning, for a preparation for the insertion in the work market. Like this one, Maxion also counts with SENAI apprentices objectifying to professionalize low income adolescents and to provide a chance of learning in the industrial area.
Inclusion of People with deficiencyThrough a mapping made by the Center of Integration and Support to the Carrier of Deficiency "Rogério Amato" identified the diverse sectors with possible vacant openings and new ranks of work to receive the collaborators with eficiency.

Program of Alimentary Donation PDA
The Elimentar Team was created in the year of 2001 and has as purpose to promote, among Maxion collaborators, the development and application of new ideas, aiming at the continuous improvement of the processes and works developed by the company and its collaborators.
Objective: To diminish the food wastefulness through the awareness of the restaurant users;
After the implantation of this program it was verified the necessity of a new subprogram called Alimentary Donation Program - ADP, with the objective of intensify the ELIMENTAR Team’s first proposal. Appearing, then, new objectives for the program:
"Create a social action of the company through the reduction of the alimentary remaining portion, where raw foodstuffs will be donated for non-lucrative institutions of Contagem region in a minimum period of six months."
The company chose, therefore, as strategies of its businesses, to make investments in the social area, as well as in social projects and actions that promote the improvement of the population life quality and compromising itself to the social development of its employees.
