Social Responsibility
When developing and implementing its social responsability, Maxion searchs to share its practical and to stimulate its collaborators as participative actors in its projects and actions, stimulating the formation of individuals compromised to the communities where they live. Inside of this reality, Maxion has developed some social projects and actions as:
FORMARE
With the Iochpe foundation´s support, it fulfills important social function, searching to improve the quality of life of the people and the communities in which it acts, investing in education and wellbeing. With the devotion of educators and voluntary employees, the FORMARE project is distinguished, a school that works together with tehe manuvacture unit of the company, offering professional qualification to teh deoid young between 16 and 17 years, searching their integral formation and its insertion in the formal market.
PISP
One more of the projects that are inside of the Social Responsability program and that is kept by Maxion is the Program of Equally Social Investment - PESI, that aims at to promote an alternative of generation of income for less favored populations, through partnerships established with Organizations from the Civil Society, thar develop works directed to the commitment of the social inclusion, like´s:
Cut and Sew Course
Maxion, in partnership with the New Contagem House of Support, created in june 2001 a course of Cut and Sewing that had as objective to provide conditions for the opening of a cooperative of production consisting by the proper pupils occurred, and that received the name of ENRCOO "Enterprising Ready-made Clothiers Cooperative", thus making possible, an alternative of generation of income for these families.
State Law of Incentive the Culture
Conscious that the tax incentives, invested in cultural projects, are important for the social and cultural development of our contry, Maxion keeps, as the one of its action, this practical development. Beyond campaigns and internal social actions, in favor of non-lucrative institutions of Contagem, that makes possible the development of voluntary works by our employees and relatives, such as:

Chaparral Band Tournée
Guide by a philosophy that bets in the artistic-cultural development as form of expansion of the human beign, Maxion, in the year of 2002 stimulated through the State Law of Incentive the Culture, the Tournée of the Band "The Righteous", old Chaparral Band.
Rock group - Trinidad Band
Trinidad Band´s lauching Show was carried through on june 24th 2004. In this event, 154 kg of not perishable food were collected, donated for the institutio, "Garden Happiness Communitarian Day-care Center", located in the Floramar district in the city of Belo Horizonte, that currently takes care of 400 children and adolescents proceeding from low income population, of the region.
Adriano Menezes, Maxion collaborator, it carries through his book launching.
"...it is a book written and taken from the inside of the life of who he writes, without concessions to confessionalisms, but who does not open hand of this vital nucleus.
Another unusual thing is the vocabulary (and the way to express it) little usual, in the brazilian poetry and that, therefore, it confers to its book strong authorial mark.
