The Company

Acting in contagem/MG since 1974, originally with the corporate name of Eluma Autopeças, the company was changed into the Division of Automobile Components of the Iochpe-Maxion when it was acquired by de Group in 1994, couting on all technological and administrative support of its controller. In partnership with Bradesco Bank in 1996, it was incorporated to the Brosol Participation S/A, giving origin to Tecmisa Automobile Components.

From this joit-venture, the Iochpe-Maxion Group added a new plan to its industrial park in Contagem, estending its businesses and conquering new customers, reaching the market leadership with several of its products. Since july of 1999, the corporate name was known as Maxion Automobile Components S/A and from august of 2004, due to the group´s reorganization, its corporate name started to be Maxion Automobile Systemx S/A - Division Automomile Components.
